How do I place an order online?

Ordering is quick and easy. If you're ordering a kit you simply click the button on the right and drop all items in your cart. If there are items that you already have on hand you can remove those from your cart and click Update to update your cart. If you are ordering supplies, simply enter the amount you want and click Buy Now to drop it in your cart.

When you have finished your order, enter any coupon codes you may have and then click on the Check Out button.

Can I place orders by phone?

We are currently set up for online ordering only. If you need assistance with your online order, feel free to give us a call and we will help you through the process. 801-922-1331

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa & MasterCard.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will only be charge if you are a Utah resident.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log in to your account and click on Order History. You will be able to check your order status and track your order.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order and when my order ships.

How do I change or cancel an order?

To change or cancel an order you will need to email us or call us immediately. We start processing orders soon after the order has been place.

Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with 2-3 day delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we only ship within the U.S. and U.S. territories at this time.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes.

How much can I expect to pay for shipping?

For all order totals below $50 you will be charged $5.95. All order totals over $50 will receive free shipping.
